International Mail Tracking Guidelines
	1.	This system provides tracking information only for mail items sent within the past six months.
	2.	EMS items: Tracking numbers consist of 13 characters and begin with the letter E.
	3.	International registered mail: Tracking numbers consist of 13 characters and begin with the letter R.
	4.	International ePacket: Tracking numbers consist of 13 characters and begin with the letter L. Additionally, international ordinary small packets beginning with the letter U are not eligible for online tracking.
	5.	International parcels: Tracking numbers consist of 13 characters and begin with the letter C.
	6.	Mainland China EMS items and Cross-strait postal courier (EMS) items: Tracking numbers consist of 13 characters and begin with EE/EZ or FT/FZ.
	7.	Mainland China registered mail: Tracking numbers consist of 13 characters and begin with the letters R.
	8.	Mainland China parcels: Tracking numbers consist of 13 characters and begin with the letter C.
	9.	Cross-strait postal e-Packet: Tracking numbers consist of 13 characters and begin with the letters LH/LE.
	10.	For EMS items sent to Kuwait, tracking services are not available.
	11.	The following countries no longer provide tracking services for International registered mail: the United States, Canada, Australia, Denmark, South Africa, the Netherlands, Italy, the United Kingdom, Bahrain, Yemen, Romania, Brazil, and France. To inquire about such mail, please submit a written inquiry at any post office counter.

	13.	If delivery information remains unavailable after the expected arrival date, the sender may submit a written inquiry within the applicable validity period： (1)For EMS items, Mainland China EMS items, and Cross-strait postal courier (EMS) items: within 4 months from the day after posting. (2)For International parcels, International registered mail, Mainland China parcels, Mainland China registered mail, and Cross-strait postal e-Packet: within 6 months from the day after posting. Bring your original receipt to the post office where the item was sent.
	14.	Due to a data transmission delay with Deutsche Post, detailed tracking information for EMS items sent to Germany is temporarily unavailable on our website. For the most accurate and up-to-date information, please visit the Deutsche Post/DHL website at https://www.dhl.de/en/privatkunden.html
